PREPARATIONS FOR A SESSION

Preparing for your healing session at The AnayahVerse is essential to ensure you receive the full benefits of our holistic services. Below are general guidelines for all healing sessions, followed by specific preparations for each type of healing we offer.

General Preparations for All Healing Sessions

  1. Session Format: All sessions are conducted over Zoom. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed.

  2. Initial Discussion: At the beginning of your session, there will be time to discuss any blockages or presenting issues you are experiencing. This helps tailor the session to your specific needs.

  3. Comfort and Relaxation: After the discussion, you will be asked to lie down or get comfortable whilst the healing takes place. During this time, stay as relaxed as possible and minimise distractions.

  4. Hydration and Breaks: You may drink water or use the washroom as needed, but do try and return to your relaxed position promptly.

  5. Post-Healing Integration: After the healing, you will have a few minutes to bring yourself back to the present and take a break if necessary.

  6. Feedback and Aftercare: Feedback will be provided at the end of the session. It is recommended to rest and drink plenty of water afterward. Healing can sometimes shift energies significantly, so allow any wave of heaviness to pass as the healing integrates.

  7. Avoid Intense Activities: Please try to avoid any intense physical activities or social interactions on the day of your session to facilitate optimal healing and integration.
